Develop a user-friendly dashboard for FERO's logistics management system.

Problem

The challenge was to construct an efficient, user-friendly dashboard platform tailored to the unique requirements of stakeholders such as freight fleet managers and end customers. The objective was to optimize user interaction and data visibility, enabling users to easily access, filter, and interpret the necessary metrics.

Research

• Conducted a heuristic evaluation of FERO's existing product.

Outcomes

In spite of the project's limited scope and stringent timeline, I successfully designed and implemented a user-centric logistics dashboard tailored to the needs of the business and its users.

Reflections

• Navigating Ambiguity Under Constraints: Working with limited resources taught me to navigate the project by conducting independent research and drawing insights using various research tools.
• Leveraging Design Systems for Efficient Timelines: Collaborating closely with developers, I recognized the importance of design systems and their role in expediting the design and development process.
